RLF was founded in 1935 by James Gamble Rogers, II, FAIA. Commissions were residential until the beginning of World War II. Following the War, a series of major state projects, including the Florida A & M Hospital and the Florida Supreme Court Building, marked the beginning of a new institutional and Governmental era for RLF. Engineering disciplines were added in 1960 and Interior Design in 1980. Today our 78 design professionals provide individual client focused services on major projects for a select group of on-going clients. More than 90 percent of RLF's volume is for repeat clients. Project specialty types include Healthcare, Education, Government / Mixed-Use and Religious.
